Tim McGee was born and raised in Savannah, GA. He graduated from Duke University in 1987 and moved to Atlanta, where he started his career in the trade mart business with the Atlanta Merchandise Mart. He met his wife, Eva, in Atlanta. They later moved to Destin, FL, where Tim owned several businesses and where his two children, Joseph and Lana, were born.

In 2000, Tim was recruited to High Point, NC to be part of leasing and managing a large complex of showroom buildings that were part of the High Point Furniture Market. Tim enjoyed success with his job with the High Point market, was involved in the sale of Showplace and other showroom buildings, and rose to the position of Senior VP with Merchandise Mart Properties, one of the largest showroom ownership groups.

In 2010, Tim got out of the furniture market-oriented real estate business and got his real estate license and became affiliated with Carolina Commercial Realty. He has been involved in transactional brokerage ever since, representing buyers and tenants and listing land, industrial, office, and retail properties for sale or lease. In 2019, Tim joined Blanq Real Estate to help open a Triad office. In 2023, Tim launched McGee Commercial Real Estate.

Tim is a Christian and a member of Christ Covenant Church. He is also involved with the Christian Business Men’s Connection and other Christian ministries in the Triad. He is also currently on the board of the Realtors Commercial Alliance, the commercial arm of the Realtors Association.

In 2023, Tim was awarded as a GRRA Fellow by the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, and in 2024 he was one of three commercial brokers in the state of North Carolina recognized as a National Commercial Award recipient by the National Association of Realtors for exceptional contributions to the commercial real estate industry and community.

Charles “Chuck” Savasta comes to McGee Commercial Real Estate from the Greater Hudson Valley area of New York State. He has two amazing children and a background in industrial engineering. He always had a passion for real estate and in 2013 Chuck received his NYS realtor’s license. He enjoys building relationships with both clients and other professionals in the industry. In 2022, Chuck gained his North Carolina real estate license and brings with him enthusiasm, drive, integrity, and a good sense of fiduciary duties when it comes to his clients and their investments! Being new to the Triad area, Chuck is witnessing all the new growth going on around him and is excited about working with investors and developers. He is currently a member with the Greensboro Realtors Commercial Alliance and will be a great asset to the Triad area!

In his down time, Chuck enjoys riding his motorcycle, cooking, reading, concerts, travel, and is an outright adventure seeker!
